When CRS identifies a driver as “high-risk” through a Motor Vehicle Record check (MVR), responsible steps must be taken to correct that individual’s driving pattern. CRS will assign high-risk drivers to a series of online training modules, based on the individual driver’s infractions. After reading each module, the driver must complete an online test demonstrating their comprehension of the assigned module(s).

By identifying high-risk drivers and then taking responsible measures to make these drivers safer, an employer will significantly reduce the potential for negligent entrustment lawsuits.
