At Corporate Reimbursement Services, Inc. (CRS) we recognize that privacy is important. This Privacy Policy applies to all the products and services offered by CRS Inc.

We collect information from you in order to provide services on behalf of your employer for the administration of the FAVR program and other services. Information that may be collected includes name, email address, and other types of information.

The information collected is used solely for the purposes of administering our services which may include:

• Processing of transactions
• Email notifications
• Compliance with program guidelines
• Other activities required to administer our programs and services

We collect this information for CRS use only; we will not sell, trade, or rent this information to a third party.

We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data. These include security measures for and internal reviews of our data collection, storage, and processing practices. We also implement physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.

We restrict access to personal information to CRS employees, contractors, and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop, or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.
