Some of the geographic cost variances included in each driver's individual reimbursement rate include:

• Insurance: Client dictates the minimum amount of required insurance coverage. Each driver's reimbursement then includes an allotment for what the premium would be for that driver to carry the required minimum coverage, based on the five digit zip code in which the driver resides.
  
  Every year we collect a copy of each driver's insurance declaration to ensure that every driver is in fact carrying at least the amount of required coverage.

• License & Registration Fees: Obtained from the state in which each individual driver is based.
  
  
• Property Tax / Excise Tax: Obtained from each individual driver's state, town or county.
